This private, 1-hour personal training class is the ideal option if you want to get started on the fitness grind. Your instructor Joe is a REPs-certified, level 3 trainer. You can choose between 1, 8, 12 or 16 sessions depending on how many times you want to train in a week. If you're looking to make considerable progress, the instructor recommends working out 3 times a week.

The instructor will do a fitness assessment to determine your current level. He will then advise the program best suited to your abilities.
