
Based on your goals and training level, Julia will create for you a specialized fitness program that will surely help you shred calories, build your strength, correct your posture, or help you recover from injuries. In addition to a fitness routine, the sessions will also include body screening. nutrition recommendations and a personalized meal plan. You can take 8 or 12 sessions (1 hour each), depending on your target results. These sessions will be conducted online.

She specializes in functional posture correction, pain relief, and restoring harmony between the body and mind.
