In this online, private session, you'll train wherever you feel the most comfortable and achieve an effective workout everywhere with the right professional support, motivation, and guidance. Your training will be customized to account for your body time and prior experience in exercise.
Each lesson is for 1 hour. Choose between 1, 5 and 10 sessions. These sessions can be rebooked as many times as required until you reach your desired goals.
Choose any of the following goals:
- Weight loss
- Toning your body
- Building muscle or cardio endurance
- Injury and corrective exercises
- Mobility, flexibility, and balance
- Exercise techniques for chronic pain and disease
- Pre and postnatal exercises
