Tabata is one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) working on all muscle groups. This private training is very effective and most suitable if you are short on time or just want a quick workout on a regular basis. Working alongside your personal trainer Mariana, you will be motivated to push yourself over eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises for the entire body. You will be using mainly your own body weight and exercises include push-ups, jumping jacks, bodyweight squats, burpees, mountain climbers, planking and many others.
