The customized wellness plans based on your current physical status, lifestyle habits, preferences, and daily routine. You can choose 1 session x 1.5 hours for a quick assessment. To have an overall effect to improve your health and fitness we recommend you to choose the 5 sessions x 1.5-hour package for a holistic consultation and guidelines.
- Physical assessment – height, weight, BMI, BP, Pulse rate, Lung capacity, existing medical conditions if any.
- Lifestyle assessment – daily routine, sleep, habits, stress
- Counseling and goal setting - Nutrition plan, weight loss, lifestyle modifications
- Exercise session
- 4 Follow up sessions every two weeks to review the progress and make necessary modifications in the plan
