A certified and professional health & fitness coach will guide you into a proper healthy regime to keep those pills to a minimum and maintain your health. You can book 1 session for a quick assessment or select the 5 session package to help you maintain a healthy regime. Each session has 1 hour.

The important risk factors include: obesity, poor diet physical inactivity, increasing age, family history of diabetes People with diabetes have an increased risk of developing a number of serious health problems. Poorly managed diabetes can lead to serious conditions affecting the heart, blood vessels, eyes, kidneys, and nerves. They have higher risk of developing infections. Aim of our program is to educate individual to lead healthy lifestyle & prevent diabetes complications.
Take care of your heart! Adopting heart-healthy lifestyle habits is the best weapons to protect against heart disease. Cigarette smoking, high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol, overweight, physical inactivity are important risk factors for heart disease. In this program know your risks and set a health goal.
