The class is suitable for any levels from beginners who want to have a taste of warm-ups before getting into anything vigorous or experts who want to just stretch to help with their workouts or sport.
You can choose between 1, 8 and 12 sessions depending on how busy your schedule is. You can rebook the classes as many times as you want until you reach your desired level. Each class goes on for 1 hour.
