Sign up for 10, 20, or 30 x 1-hour sessions and commit to your journey of fitness.
Classes take place every Monday, Wednesday and Friday with the following timings:
Age 2-10: 5-6 pm
Age 11-16: 6-7 pm
Age 17-adults: 7-8
