These at-home classes run for 1 hour each, making them easy to incorporate into your daily or weekly routine. You will benefit from the guidance of a qualified and experienced personal trainer who will customize the training to account for your physical development, body type and prior level of experience. Whether total beginners or those looking to improve their existing regimen, these sessions have value for everyone!
The classes can be tailored towards any or all of the following areas:
- Fat Loss
- Weight Management
- Muscle Gain
- Body Toning & Reshaping
- Strength, Stamina, Endurance, & Flexibility
- Post-Injury Workouts recovering after Injuries, Accidents and Medical Operations
Students can choose between 5 and 10 sessions and rebook the class as many times as needed to continue to progress towards their goals.
About the Instructor:
Aly is a REPS 3 qualified fitness trainer with more than 17 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry, specializing in fat loss, muscle building, weight and nutrition management, endurance and more. He likes to incorporate athletic movements with almost all of his personal training clients, and his policy of keeping an open mind and adapting exercise routines and training styles will ensure you never get bored during your sessions. Through regular monitoring and fitness evaluations, Aly helps clients reach their personal goals and improve themselves both physically and mentally.
