
Yoga with Padma
I am a certified Yoga Teacher with a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification (TTC) and over 3 years of yoga practice. I teach Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Prenatal Yoga, and Kids Yoga, focusing on beginner and intermediate levels.
Through my own journey, I’ve learned that yoga is not about body size or flexibility—it’s about balance, confidence, and self-awareness. My classes are designed to help students feel strong, confident, and connected to their bodies, no matter their starting point.
I offer personal and group sessions in a supportive environment, encouraging every student to grow at their own pace and enjoy the true essence of yoga.
