Huis is a self-trained cook and baker who comes from a family line of artists and chefs. Her goal is to pass on the joy and sense of achievement in cooking Asian cuisine to aspiring cooks.

Born and raised in multi-cultural Singapore, she's able to cook a variety of meals crossing cultural lines. She loves to teach cooking with tried-and-true techniques to create great quality food without compromising on nutrition.
