Agnes Njuhi

My name is Agnes Njuhi from Kenya. I am a NASM Level 3 certified personal trainer with more than 4 years of experience in uae. My specialties are mainly weight loss, strength and conditioning, hypertrophy,  running, Nutrition, and much more. Coaching is customised in accordance with the client's goal and level of fitness.
I am also a certified skating coach with the Inline Certification Program (ICP) Level 1&2. Experience in coaching all levels for more than 6years,speed, slalom, and freestyle.
I run, swim ,and do cycling as well.
