In these private 2-hour lessons, an experienced ASL instructor will teach you the fundamentals of this expressive language—no experience necessary, and sessions are tailored to your level!

Choose from:

• 5 sessions (2 hours each) to grasp the basics
• 10 sessions (2 hours each) for a full, comprehensive experience
• Or 2 or 4 sessions, perfect for a focused introduction — each of these will be 3 hours per session



Course Outline:

• Session 4: Time & Medicine
• Discover signs for days, time, and medication—essential for daily routines and healthcare needs.
• Session 5: Feeling Emotional
• Learn how to express a range of emotions through signs—an important part of self-expression.
• Session 6: Colors & Creatures
• Dive into the vibrant world of animals, mythical creatures, and colors.
• Session 7: Our Beloved Mother Earth
• Sign your way around the globe with terms for continents, countries, oceans, and natural landmarks.
• Session 8: Holidays are Coming!
• Celebrate with signs for religious and cultural holidays like Christmas, Eid, Hanukkah, and more.
• Session 9: It's Just a Phrase!
• Get familiar with idioms and common expressions in ASL.
• Session 10: It’s a Wrap!
• Review all learned signs, explore disruption-related vocabulary, and enjoy fun video comprehension exercises.
