Join this fun Infant Massage program with a trained and certified IAIM instructor (International Association of Infant Massage).

The program is designed to enhance, strengthen, and build your relationship through bonding and secure attachment. Suitable for babies from birth to 1 year - It's a great learning experience through massage, song, theory, discussion and play and also a chance to meet other mums and get together for an hour and a half ‘online’ via Zoom each week.

During the weekly sessions you will interact with your baby through massage, singing songs, have discussions, poems, and all sorts of fun things including a bit of baby yoga.

The physical benefits of massage are amazing and It’s suitable from birth to crawling. It’s a wonderful thing to do with your baby for some quality 1:1 time promoting bonding and attachment, relief of colic, gas, and improved sleep.
