What is NLP?
Neuro-linguistic programming is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy. It’s a study of excellent communication with yourself and with others and helps in improving self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and social actions.
What You Can Expect -
In these private sessions, your coach Tanya will use a variety of techniques such as visualization or forming a mental image of something you want, as well as visual-kinesthetic dissociation - a process by which she will guide you in reliving trauma from the distance of an imaginative, out-of-body experience.
These Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) sessions operate through the conscious use of language to bring about changes in someone’s thoughts and behavior. You will be guided by using the correct language to undo negative thinking and faulty communication.

You can choose between 3 & 6 sessions (1.5-hours per session) depending on the amount of time needed for the issues you need to overcome. You can also choose the 1-session option as a trial.
