How does Social Anxiety Therapy help?
Therapy is beneficial to release panic attacks and stuck emotions. The goal of social anxiety therapy is to build confidence so that you can get out into the world and face it with your head held high.
What to expect:
You can choose to register for 1 session or 8 sessions; each session is 45 minutes long. You will learn skills that will help you manage yourself better in situations that make you nervous and inhibit your confidence. Therapy to treat social anxiety and panic attacks typically require 3 to 5 sessions and clients can rebook more sessions if needed. Social Anxiety Therapy programs usually run between 3 and 6 months.
