Join these online sessions that let you choose between Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). Try out an alternative means of addressing your issues, and heal your body from various physical and psychological stressors and illnesses.
Pick 3 or 6 sessions depending on your personal goals and the issues you need to overcome. You can also choose the 1-session option as a trial. Each session lasts for 90 minutes.
A hypnotic session can be compared to guided daydreaming: a form of relaxed concentration. The body relaxes first, and then, the conscious mind.
Your coach will lead you to positive changes using suggestions and will guide you through some experiences while you are deeply relaxed and in a state of heightened suggestibility called a 'trance.' During the hypnotic state, there will be a narrowing down of your focus of attention at a given trigger, a feeling of 'time disappearing.' You will reach inwardly as the imagination becomes more 'real' than external reality. Hypnotherapy is a collaborative experience where you are always in control and always decide whether to cooperate with suggestions or not.
Hypnotherapy gives you confidence and is widely used to develop self-motivation and self-actualization drive. It also helps in the following areas:

Neuro-Linguistic Programming -
NLP is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy that helps you find the path to your true self and work on becoming a better you. It’s a study of excellent communication with yourself and with others and helps in improving self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and social actions.
Your coach Tanya will use a variety of techniques such as visualization and visual-kinesthetic dissociation - a process through which you will be guided in reliving trauma from the distance of an out-of-body experience. These sessions operate through the conscious use of language to bring about changes in thoughts and behavior. You will be guided by using the correct language to undo negative thinking. NLP can help in the following areas:
- Fears & Phobias
- Poor Self-Esteem
- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
- Quality of Life Due to Various Psychological Issues
- Developing & Executing Plans
Emotional Freedom Techniques -
EFT is a form of counseling intervention that draws on various theories of alternative medicine including acupuncture, NLP, energy medicine, and Thought Field Therapy (TFT). It combines Eastern concepts about mind, body, and energy with Western psychology and psychotherapy ideas.
In these sessions, your coach Tanya will help you release blockages within your internal energy system while talking you through the issue. You will be using your fingers to tap on the skin where your energy meridians are located. EFT can help in the following areas:
- Anxiety, Anger or Fear
- Overwhelming Feelings & Thoughts
- Frustration, Annoyance, Irritation or Sadness
- Physical Pain
* Students must have a laptop/phone/tablet with the free 'Zoom' application installed.
All sessions are valid for 60 days upon booking
8 and older
* Upon booking, you will be contacted by the instructor to provide the link to the 'Zoom' session where the class will be conducted.
* It is highly recommended that you take the session in a quiet room.
