Developing and maintaining mental health and toughness is key in achieving life success by overcoming challenges and tough situations. Mind toughness training can be considered as mind military training.
Mental toughness helps you to find that better life and responding well to life situations making necessary changes to attract the best inter-personal as well as the inter-dependent relationship
This coaching session will have you ready for the tough situations in life with vigor and hope.
You will learn how to mentally adapt to negative life situations and making necessary changes in self to adjust to the situation. You will learn to use your logic and commonsense by taking wise decisions and becoming a creative problem solver.
The program covers areas such as:
- Perseverance and patience for achieving long term life goals
- Mind tuning exercises
- Role-plays and experiential learning
- Coach lead individually focused sessions
- Group sessions and workshops for common skills learning as well as developing tolerance.
