A hypnotic session can be compared to guided daydreaming: a form of relaxed concentration. The body relaxes first, and then, the conscious mind.
In these private sessions, your coach will lead you to positive changes using suggestions and will guide you through some experiences while you are deeply relaxed and in a state of heightened suggestibility called a 'trance.'
What You Can Expect -
In these sessions, during the hypnotic state, there will be a narrowing down of your focus of attention at a given trigger, a feeling of 'time disappearing.' You will reach inwardly as the imagination becomes more 'real' than external reality. Hypnotherapy is a collaborative experience where you are always in control and always decide whether to cooperate with suggestions or not.
During the sessions, you will gain confidence that even if challenges spring up in the future, you have all the tools to help yourself get back on track.
