The sessions are a mix of energy healing, breathwork, and crystal work to re-align the energy centers (chakras) along with a coaching session to help you create change in your life with clear set goals.
Suitable for teens and adults, the sessions are facilitated by an experienced energy healing advocate and life coach, Yara Lazkani.

About the Trainer:
Yara Lazkani is an energy healing advocate and life coach who has been on the “inward journey” for the past 6 years. She has explored a diverse set of modalities such as Thetahealing, Reiki, Life Coaching, Dance Therapy, Shamanic Sound Therapy and various meditational techniques to elevate the body, mind, and soul.
