It can be real or unreal and depending on your mental capacity in analyzing the situation, your approach towards it and possession of skills.
Employee stress is a growing concern of today’s organization. The absence of a supportive system for employees to battle stress leads them to sulk and further leads to complications for themselves and others.
This class has 1 session with a total of 7 hours (1 hour break will be given).
An experienced life coach will tell you how to effectively balance your work and rest for better performance at the workplace. The program covers areas such as:
- Individual employee counseling
- Individual leadership counseling
- Team counseling
- Stress alleviating workshops
- Workshops to promote eustress
- Confrontation management skills
- Tolerance workshops
