In this advanced Fasion Design course, students will tie together their previous fashion courses to understand dress construction. Students will begin with the basics & learn about major styles, materials to measurements. After they have mastered this technique, students will start understanding the basics of draping on a mannequin for evening gowns creating interesting, beautifully organic shapes.

• Construct dress using machine stitching to a selected design
