Want to introduce your kids to a classic instrument of traditional Indian music? Be it as an after-school class or an activity during the stay-in holidays, these 1-on-1 tabla classes with Manoj is sure to imbibe the joy of learning a new instrument.
Manoj, an instructor who has learnt his techniques from renowned masters of the art is adept at teaching the skills to kids, even as young as 10 year olds. Students can choose between 1 session to try out the class and 3 or 6 sessions to get in-depth training or even improve pre-existing skills. They will learn hand techniques and various basic Taals like Keherwa, Dadra, Teentaal, Ek Taal.
Each session lasts for 45 minutes and the content will be customized to suit the learning needs.
Materials:
- Students can borrow a tabla from the instructor for the first session only. They must purchase their own tabla after the first session; the instructor can assist them with finding a good quality tabla.
