Weight Lifting
This course is on muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, and safety. This course will train you on weight lifting techniques and safety for all lifts. You will increase muscle & strength, and the fitness trainer will help you set a specific health goal to achieve fitness. In addition, you will monitor and improve your fitness levels by participating in the Fitnessgram assessments.
Body Weight
Studies show that bodyweight exercises can yield maximum results with minimal investment. Machines, free weights, and bodyweight exercises all have benefits, but the latter almost always requires the least amount of time and money. Forget the gym membership and fancy fitness accessories. Book this class and get fit without any type of equipment.
You can choose either the 5 sessions package to know the basic movements of the fitness training or you can choose the 10 sessions package to help you stick to the regime. Each session will go on for 1 hour.
