Does your kid have an eye for great drawing and painting?
Help them improve their skills, by learning professional techniques and rules from an established artist and teacher. Whether they are beginners who want to learn the basic principles of drawing a simple line, or intermediate and advanced student wanting to try out complicated work like perspectives, life drawings, and paintings - this course has got them covered.
With 24 hours (12 sessions x 2 hours each) of practice and guidance, kids will learn all the essentials of using their favorite medium to improve their art and gain the confidence to try out new techniques.
Materials:
- Students are recommended to buy their own materials. Alternatively, they can be purchased at the center for a fee ranging from AED 210-315.
- Materials required include:
- Drawing paper
- Pencils (HB, 2B, 6B) or charcoal
- Rough paper (e.g. watercolor paper)
- Colored charcoal or pastels
- Indian ink
- Palette
- Tissues. - Students can also bring any additional materials they may wish to use.
Validity Period:
All sessions are valid for 4 months upon booking
Age Requirements:
12 - 17 years old
Additional Info:
- Attendance certificate can be provided upon request.
- The center will be closed for summer break during the month of August. If required, students can transfer their remaining sessions and take them once the break ends.
- All prices listed are for non-members of DIAC. DIAC membership can be bought at the center for a fee of AED 367.5 (inc. VAT) per year.
