Description:

Let your kids develop a new love for cooking in this amazing 3-week cooking camp!.


You can sign your kids up for 1 session, 1 week, 2 weeks or 3 weeks for the full camp experience.


If a class is fully booked, the booking can be rescheduled for a later date.

This camp focuses on confidence in the kitchen, as well as obtaining essential basic cooking skills that will always be useful. Expert chefs will help them prepare, cook and serve these dishes alongside them in a fun and friendly environment.

Your kids will cover fundamentals of cooking, baking, pastry and world cuisine. They'll also learn valuable kitchen skills, including knife skills, working with hot equipment and cleaning kitchen spaces and kitchen hygiene.

Level 1 (2-week) Camp Outline: Monday, July 1 - Friday, July 12


  1. Knife Skills: Focaccia Cheese Toastie, Roasted Tomato Soup
  2. Bread: Pizza pockets, Cheese stuffed dough balls
  3. Banana Chocolate Tart, Sandwich biscuit
  4. Pastry: Cinnamon challah bread, Cream caramel
  5. Red Velvet cupcake, Chocolate chip cookie
  6. Thai and Japan: Pad Thai, Sushi with Chicken Tempura
  7. Italy: Chicken schnitzel, Spaghetti and white sauce
  8. Mexico: Mexican Fajitas, Milk cake
  9. Arabic: Chicken fatteh, Pita bread
  10. Desi: Butter chicken, Caramelized onion pulao


Level 2 (1-week) Camp Outline: Monday, July 15 - Friday, July 19


  1. Appetizers 1: French bread, Creamy potato leek soup
  2. Appetizers 2: Summer roll, cheesy rice fritter
  3. Main Course: Chicken ballotine with bechamel sauce, Potato rosti
  4. Desserts 1: Mango pudding, vanilla sandwich cake
  5. Desserts 2: Banana bread, Flavored Panna Cotta


Level 1 will repeat on July 22, and August 12

Level 2 will repeat on August 5, and August 26.

"Great instructor, very accommodating , approachable and friendly which helps you feel more engaged and confident. Great class that was substantial and long. Group size was perfect and I really enjoyed it. My only feedback would be to do less in the class as we were making three dishes simultaneously which can get a bit confusing. "
