What you will make:
- Tuna and charred sweetcorn with a crispy tostada from scratch
- Fresh Omani shrimp ceviche and a crunchy garlic and ginger-scallion dressing
- Seabream ceviche with an avocado crema and a citrus vinaigrette
- Salmon gravlax with dill pickled onions and crispy salmon skin
