The trendiest cooking class in town is here - take this molecular gastronomy cooking class with a professional chef! This fun, hands-on ‘everyday molecular’ class will be interactive and informative, with a few unexpected surprises thrown in!
You will be part of a private 3-4 hour session with a fab professional chef who’ll teach you basic but exciting cooking techniques you can actually recreate at home. ‘Molecular’ cooking is ultimately the magic of transforming ingredients and having fun in the kitchen.
You will be making the following 3-course menu:
- Fancy Eggs Benedict: Poached egg with Syphonated Sous-Vide Hollandaise
- Sous-Vide Beef Filet with Pea & Carrot Puree
- Crazy Chocolate mousse: Warm chocolate mousse, Syphonated Chocolate Sponge and Mango Spheres
