This is a hands-on, Japanese cooking class for 3-hours. Starting with introducing the ingredients, and then step-by-step cooking instructions, you will learn how to make delicious dishes under the guidance of an expert chef. With the advice, tips, and tricks you pick up from this class, there is no reason you won’t be able to recreate favorites at home - and there is nothing quite as satisfying as eating sushi you have rolled yourself!

"Great instructor, very accommodating , approachable and friendly which helps you feel more engaged and confident.
Great class that was substantial and long. Group size was perfect and I really enjoyed it. My only feedback would be to do less in the class as we were making three dishes simultaneously which can get a bit confusing. "
