In this private, 4-hour class, you will be hands-on in the kitchen as you learn how to prepare 6 Italian dishes. Your instructor Natasha will guide you throughout to help you master the recipes, allowing you to recreate the dishes to perfection for your next dinner party. The class is suitable for beginners and all materials and ingredients will be provided.
You will learn how to prepare the following dishes:
- Pasta dough
- Pasta sauces (red pepper, pesto, aglio e olio or basic red sauce)
- Ravioli from scratch
- Pizza dough and pizza
- Tiramisu ice-cream
- Bruschetta & garlic breads
* Instructor will provide her branded apron & glove for students to keep after the class
