Join this personalized water detox plan class, and learn to create mixes specifically suited to your needs.
The instructor will begin this 90-minute, private session by explaining the concept of infused water, its function and which ingredients provide the best effect. With live demonstration, and the chance to taste all of the drinks made during the session, you can learn about the best herbs, fruits, vegetables, and spices to infuse for each health concern.
At the end of the session, you will be able to take home the detox water that has been tailor-made for you.
Materials:
- Raw materials, such as fruits, vegetables, herbs, and spices will be provided.
- You will need to bring 1 bottle (2 litres) so you can take back the detox water made in class,
