This 12-week continuation of the Pro Accelerator leads to a Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts and Supervision. The comprehensive 20-week journey encompasses Pro Accelerator training, ensuring students build on existing skills while acquiring managerial and supervisory expertise for future career advancements.

"Great instructor, very accommodating , approachable and friendly which helps you feel more engaged and confident. Great class that was substantial and long. Group size was perfect and I really enjoyed it. My only feedback would be to do less in the class as we were making three dishes simultaneously which can get a bit confusing. "
