In this 3-hour workshop, you will get a great introduction to learning how to properly temper chocolate, prepare different fillings, and control flavors & textures. Once you master these steps, you will be able to create various new types of chocolate bonbons that can be served or gifted (in a nice present-box) to your loved ones.
