For all aspects of preparing feasts for big dinner parties, this class covers it all. Your housekeeper will learn a three-course meal from a range of options to create delicious kid-friendly dishes. They will also learn tips and tricks for healthy cooking and cookware.
Your housekeeper will learn from the following variety:
- Breakfasts: How to make the perfect poached eggs and homemade sourdough bread, Turkish breakfast with whipped labne and chilli oil, gluten-free pancakes and homemade granola
- High Protein Meals: Fish tacos with gluten-free wraps, Asian shrimp rice paper burrito, chicken chopped salad with green goddess sauce, and Vietnamese chicken in gem lettuce cups
- Dinner Party Special: Shrimp Thai curry with jasmine rice, Asian style salmon, and slow-cooked beef chuck with bao buns from scratch with pickled veggies
- Guilt-free Desserts: Sweet potato brownies, chocolate cake, banana protein chocolate chip cookie,s and a date and walnut cake
All desserts mentioned are gluten-free and dairy-free.
