This private, online stress management class teaches positive and easy-to-learn coping strategies to help you manage stress. Your instructor will help you identify the right coping strategy to use in different stressful situations. This can be your ticket to a much easier and happier working day. Choose 1 or 3 sessions, depending on your current level of stress. Each session takes 1 hour.
About the Instructor
Alistair Stevenson holds a degree in psychology with a dissertation on hypnosis. He has been a therapist and business trainer and is an NLP and body language expert. He will teach you everything he knows about stress and coach you in the right way.
