These at-home therapeutic art sessions (1.5 hours each) will help you tap into your inner healer while releasing the conflicting emotions while using the movement & the visual art modalities. The final drawing and/or painting can be used as a reference for your own future artistic practice to ensure you have a successful inner healing journey!
Bodies store all the experiences that we have in our life, which trigger emotions and feelings that can affect almost all areas of our life if left imbalanced. This can reflect in our overall interaction with others where unintentionally, we sometimes become judgmental, we procrastinate & even make hasty decisions, etc.
Balancing emotions through body movement practices & painting modalities can make a significant change & transform our lives in the long run. It helps us tap into our inner blocks, acknoweldege and clear them mindfully & to meet our full potential.

- Getting in touch with inner self, awareness, emotions & feelings while painting/ drawing
- Reflecting on the artwork & the process at the end
1 session: you will be able to create one small size canvas OR paper painting/ drawing. In the 3 session option, you will create one additional art work till in the full 6-session package, you end up with a 2*2m paper painting/ drawing expressing yourself!
You will be guided to the material used for this session so no prior art knowledge required. The instructor will also customize the level of Physical Movement to your individual comfort level.
