Go out of your way and recycle and create artwork in a style you've never done before. Learn a new kind of art with unconventional ways and create something different, artistic and out-of-the-box.

In this 6-hour class (2 sessions x 3 hours) class, a talented and renowned artist, Dexter Modesto, will teach you how to recycle abstract shapes to create artwork. You will be using things that are associated with the natural world like dried leaves, stones, or synthetic gems. Anything that can be pasted on canvas! The instructor will also teach you basic painting techniques to add a touch of beauty to your creations.

Course Outline:

• 1st Session: Basic cutting-pasting of your own recycled material
• 2nd Session: Advanced painting with multiple colors and your choice of recycled materials (you can pick your own materials or have the instructor provide you with materials of their choice)

About the Instructor:

Dexter Modesto found his style of artwork while he was playing badminton. He uses the shuttlecock feathers to create outstanding artwork that has earned him recognition. He was also featured in various newspapers such as The Filipino Times and The Arabian Post.
