In this beginner-friendly workshop, you will learn everything you need to know to get started with crochet, from understanding different yarns to mastering essential stitches and techniques.
Throughout three sessions, Roya will guide you through crochet basics, teaching you how to hold the yarn and hook, create chain stitches, and master essential stitches like single, half-double, double, and triple (treble) crochet.
You'll also learn to increase and decrease your crochet work, fasten off, and create rounds.
In addition to the basics, you'll also learn how to create beautiful crochet flowers and get advice on how to complete larger projects like shawls or blankets.
Not only will you gain a new skill and have fun while doing it, but you'll also take home a sense of accomplishment and a newfound appreciation for crochet.
