Looks intimidating and think you're not a good artist? Don't worry, anyone can draw a Mandala. Come try it out in this Mindfulness Mandala Art class with Sanjana! In this private workshop (2.5 hours each) students will learn to draw a Mandala from scratch.
Students will finish one piece in a class. You can rebook more sessions depending on the number of pieces you'd like to make.
What is a Mandala?
You’ve probably seen them on stained glass windows, dreamcatchers, architecture, tattoos and pretty much everywhere. But have you ever wondered what the implications of this mysterious circle mean? Mandala, as it is called, is a powerful meditative tool that has several therapeutic, spiritual & ritual connotations that have been used symbolically throughout the history of time.
The process of creating Mandala is a form of meditation in itself. This spiritual circle will help promote mindfulness, focus attention & promote healing.
About your instructor:
Sanjana Chimnani is an artist from Hyderabad, India. She’s taken her adventures around the world, and she’s here to help you take yours. From New York, Florence, Melbourne, and now Dubai, she’s taken inspiration from as many people as she could to now help you on your journey. She’s been creating Mandalas since 2014 and now conducts workshops in Dubai and India.
