These private mentoring sessions can be run on any topic covered by Brand Identity Design that is required either to fill in gaps in understanding or extra development to take your designs further to completion. Alternatively, the mentor can propose a course of sessions to reach specific goals. Each session runs for 2 hours and you can rebook as many times as you like to reach your desired goals.

In general, these sessions will provide you with an introduction and the creative process to give you the insights to develop your own brand identity by focusing on your logo design. It will offer insight and tips and provide feedback on your presentation. You're also discovering what your brand represents - the process of discovering what your brand represents is to figure out what you will do or sell, and to who, at what market position, and what your unique ‘product’ proposition is.

Before starting the sessions, the instructor will contact you to discuss your goals and create a customized lesson plan.

About your instructor:

Rock Galpin is an award-winning product/furniture designer from London. He has over 28 years of experience as a furniture designer and 23 years of teaching on university campuses in the UK and privately. He is both a deeply creative and passionate designer as well as an educator with strong interpersonal skills, who simply lives and breathes design. Over the years, he has taught and mentored over 2000 professionals and students alike with some rewarding success stories.

He also runs his own design agency, specializing in furniture, product design and branding with offices in London and Dubai. His clients include The British Council, Connection Seating, Frem Group, Designers Guild, Morgan Furniture, Bacardi Global Brands, Ogilvy & Mather, Omnicom, Saatchi & Saatchi & Channel 4.
