In this 8-hour (8 sessions x 1 hour) private class, you will focus on learning how to draw fashion illustrations to perfection. This class is suitable for beginners and intermediate students who are keen to learn the basics of fashion and would like to put their ideas on paper to build a portfolio. Under the guidance of a professional artist, you will cover various aspects of facial and figure drawing, as well as drawing different clothing.
What you will learn:
- Drawing techniques for all body features (eyes nose lips face shapes, hand, and feet)
- 8 head and 9 head fashion figures
- Drawing croquis in different positions and understanding their significance
- Shading techniques
- Drawing different types of fabrics and textures
- Drawing different hairstyles
- Drawing fashion accessories
Materials:
- All materials will be provided by the instructor and students can take them home at the end of the class
- The materials provided include:
- Sketchbook
- Drawing pencils & colored pencils
- Pencil sharpeners and erasers
- Fine black pens & markers
