If you're looking for a dance style that allows you to connect with yourself physically and artistically, you've come to the right place!

Art in general is a way of bringing people together, and dance especially brings you as close as possible to the things you care about, love and value. In these private 1-hour lessons, an expert dancer will guide you through the fundamental principles of contemporary and modern dance, or help you refine your skills if you have prior experience. The class will be fully personalized to your skill level, body type and learning goals. Choose between 4 or 8 sessions.

What you will learn:

• Warm-up and muscle strengthening at the start of every session
• Understanding how your body moves and build up the connection between your brain and muscles
• Creativity, thinking outside the box and making brand new visual art with bodies through dance
• Create clean lines and aesthetically pleasing shapes as you dance
• Develop your imagination
• Improvisation, exploring how your body moves outside of structure, breaking habits and discovering new things about yourself

About the Instructor:

Majd graduated with honors and at the top of his class from the higher Institute of Dramatic Art in Damascus. He has performed and choreographed a variety of dancing shows, events and graduation projects in Syria, and was selected to perform the solo dancing act during the FIFA Arab Cup 2021 in Qatar with ENANA Dance Theatre. He is also certified from the Syrian Sports Federation and ranked in the top 16 of the Syrian

Championship for Break Dance in 2015. He is a member of the R.U.R Alliance, a professional collective of dancers specializing in physical and mental aspects of arts, dance, business, mindset and health.
