Shake that belly & learn an oriental dance while working out your torso!
This is a group Belly Dancing basics class where you'll be incorporating basic belly dancing techniques & combos, all while helping to build muscle memory & practice good belly dancing posture. Anyone from total beginners to exercise maniacs to dance enthusiasts are welcome to join this class for a fun-filled break from their daily routine!
Since this class also takes place outdoors, the goal here is to let loose and explore the freedom that comes with this dance form while connecting to inner-yourself and nature. These sessions will allow your body to connect with your heart, with nature, and give you the freedom to move vivaciously!
Choose from either 1, 8 & 15 session packages. If you're looking to start actively working out with a little bit of funk in your regimen, it's recommended to choose the 8 or 15-sessions packages (1-hour per session). If you're looking to just try something new or need a trial class, the 1-session package is ideal.
