Ballet is known to be the foundation of many dance styles. It's intricate story-telling with dance, gorgeous costumes that flutters when you leap through the air, and graceful moves that glide across the stage makes this dance well-known all throughout the globe.

But ballet is a lot more than that. It is a highly technical dance that is a great way to get fit, tone muscles and improve posture. In this intermediate class, you can develop your ballet skills even further. You can choose between 1, 8 and 12 sessions depending on how busy your schedule is, and can rebook as needed. Each class goes on for 1.5 hours.
