Yoga might be done on the ground on good 'old earth', but Swing/Aerial Yoga is where you'll experience the adrenaline while keeping yourself fit! It's all sorts of different, fun and exciting. With this Swing/Aerial Yoga class, you'll develop a hot body while learning a new skill.
A modern style of yoga and pilates, this yoga incorporates a low-hanging soft fabric hammock to explore alignment, release chronic tension, hang upside down, and have fun! It’s appropriate for people of all abilities including beginners with no experience to the experienced that would love to add a new dimension to complement their existing practice on the ground.
For rookies, the swing/aerial is a great place to start. Every class includes decompression, supported inversions, core, and upper body strengthening, deep relaxation, and of course, lots of smiles and laughter.
You can choose between 1, 8 and 12 sessions depending on how much you want to learn. You can rebook the classes as many times as you want until you reach your desired level. Each class goes on for 1 hour.
