Breathe in the fresh air and start your day right with this relaxing yoga class!
This outdoor class will help you create mental clarity and calmness, increase body awareness, relieve chronic stress patterns, relax the mind and sharpen concentration. It will improve your physical and mental wellbeing overall.
While enjoying the beauty of nature, the class will start with a short meditation and positive affirmation then move on to pranayama exercises to bring your awareness to the present moment and leave stress behind you. We will then begin the Vinyasa Flow and cool down with Savasana, then reconnecting with our affirmation to end the session and leaving you feeling relaxed and uplifted. This session is highly recommended for beginners and intermediate students.

Each session includes 50 minutes of practice plus time for Q&A. You can choose to book 5 sessions or 10 sessions depending on your needs and goals. You also have the option to rebook the class whenever you'd like. If you would like to test the class before committing to multiple sessions, you can opt to book for 1 session instead.
