Practice yoga in various forms, which include moving meditation and breathing techniques to enhance your physical and mental well being. During the session, the instructors will help you improve your balance, mind-body coordination, core strength, and spinal flexibility.
This private class offers Vinyasa and Hatha yoga incorporated with Zen and Taoist elements plus gentle Qi gong. Learn customized tips and tricks from Traditional Chinese medicine, Traditional Islamic medicine and Ayurveda to ease discomfort, bring mindful and positive changes in lifestyle.
You will benefit from Integrative yoga by:
- Improving flexibility and endurance
- Sports performance enhancement
- Lifestyle disorders like hypertension, diabetes and metabolic dysfunction
- Assist in weight management
Each session takes 1 hour. You can choose to book for 1 session if you'd like to try it out or for best results 8 and 16 sessions of continuous practice.
