Ever wanted to defy the laws of gravity and try yoga while you're suspended in mid-air? It's exactly as exhilarating as it sounds!
Yoga Trapeze® is a suspension yoga style that's ideal for back pain, core strength, functional upper body strength, flexibility, and balance. The instructor will customize the 3-hour (3 sessions x 1 hour) class to your preferences.
Whether you want to have fun on the trapeze and do some funky poses; or you want the support of the trapeze and do some steady, stable and supported poses, this class is for you!
What You Will Learn:
- On the Ground Flow - Your feet, or at least one foot, will be on the ground
- Off the Ground Flow - Your feet are definitely off the ground :)
- Upside Down Flow - Your feet off the ground & above your head as you experience inversions
Students will get access to 3 complimentary Flow Books upon completion of the class. You can rebook as many times as needed to reach your desired skill level.
- Participants must bring their own Towels, Yoga Mats & Yoga Socks
- Students will get access to 3 complimentary Flow Books upon completion of the class
