Look and feel your best with this fitness yoga class! In this private class, you can choose to either flatten your tummy or tighten that booty, with the guidance of a professional Yogi. You can choose to learn 1 of the following 2 forms of yoga:
Flat Tummy Core Yoga
This form of yoga aims to help you lose belly fat and get one step closer to having six-packs. We will start with sun salutations to warm up the body, then move on to bodyweight exercises integrated with a power yoga flow. We will end the session with savasana followed by pranayama to calm down your mind and body. You will leave the class feeling energized and stronger.

Tight Booty Yoga
This form of yoga aims to help you tone and tighten your glutes. Glutes (also known as your booty) are the biggest muscle group in your body. There are many benefits to glutes training and by the end of this class, you will feel stronger and more confident.
The class will focus on stretching and strengthening your glutes. You will learn exercises that will help you in the following ways:
- Relieve tightness and tension
- Reduce discomfort, like lower back pain and tight hips
- Increases your flexibility and range of motion
- Reduces your risk for injury
- Improves your body posture and increase bone density
- Achieves fat loss
Each session includes 50 minutes of practice plus time for Q&A. You can choose to book 5 sessions or 10 sessions depending on your needs and goals. You also have the option to rebook the class whenever you'd like. If you would like to test the class before committing to multiple sessions, you can opt to book for 1 session instead.
