In this private, online class, you will have the option to choose to learn yoga or Tabata. Your instructor, who is an experienced yoga practitioner, will customize these 1-hour sessions according to your needs and skill level. You have the option to choose between 1, 5 or 10 sessions.
Additionally, your kids can also join this class and reap the many benefits of yoga, including improving sleep, social relationships, cognitive and memory functioning, strength and breath control, self-regulation, determination and perseverance, and more. The instructor will guide your kids through physical exercises, breathing exercises, and concentration exercises.
What you will learn:
- Yoga: Each session consists of 50 minutes of Hatha yoga practice and 10 minutes of relaxation. During the yoga practice part, you will learn different postures, breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation forms. The objective of this class is to make you feel more energized and relaxed while boosting your immune system,building-up strength, flexibility and unwind any stress you might have.
- Tabata: Tabata is one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) working on all muscle groups. This private training is very effective and most suitable if you are short on time or just want a quick workout on a regular basis. Working alongside your personal trainer Mariana, you will be motivated to push yourself over eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises for the entire body. You will be using mainly your own body weight and exercises include push-ups, jumping jacks, bodyweight squats, burpees, mountain climbers, planking and many others.
